Chief Operating Officer

Aaron is responsible for oversight of Good Company’s operating platforms across all business lines, and has played an instrumental role in all aspects of development and management. Aaron’s prior experience includes working at Related Capital, an affiliate of The Related Companies. Aaron has spearheaded the lease up initiatives for Domain’s ground up construction portfolio, which exceeds 4,000 multifamily units across New York, Salt Lake City and New Orleans. He is also responsible for leading Domain’s operating, management and technology platforms.

Jason Hill

Marketing Director

Jason is a seasoned Director of Marketing with over 22 years of experience leading strategy, brand development, and marketing innovation across the real estate sector. He has successfully launched and leased up more than 30 transformative mixed-use residential developments in New York City, Miami, and other major urban markets.

Among his most notable projects are Summit, a 429-unit high-rise in Midtown East; Sky, a 1,175-unit luxury high-rise; 1 QPS Tower, a 391-unit development in Long Island City; and 19 Dutch, a 460-unit high-rise in the Financial District. Each of these projects set new high-watermarks at lease-up, reflecting Jason’s ability to drive exceptional absorption and asset performance in highly competitive markets.

Known for his ability to synthesize vision with execution, Jason has led high-performing teams and delivered record-setting results for institutional owners, developers, and partners. His expertise spans early-stage concepting through stabilization, with a deep understanding of market dynamics, consumer behavior, and the strategic role of brand in driving value. Jason brings a cross-disciplinary approach rooted in creativity, data, and long-term impact.

Chris Wendel

Leasing Director

Chris Wendel brings over a decade of New York City real estate experience and a proven track record of driving leasing success across some of the city’s most high-profile and architecturally significant developments. He has partnered with leading developers to help shape iconic residential projects and contribute to the dynamic evolution of the city’s skyline.

Chris has played a key role in the successful lease-up of standout developments including 1 QPS Tower, Essex Crossing, Brooklyn Tower, and Magnolia Dumbo. These projects have been recognized for setting new standards in their respective submarkets, with strong absorption rates, premium rent achievements, and consistent alignment with long-term asset strategies.

Known for his strategic insight and precision, Chris leads the leasing process from start to finish, identifying market opportunities, crafting tailored leasing strategies, and executing with discipline. His ability to align leasing performance with broader asset and organizational objectives has consistently maximized value and long-term impact for ownership and development partners.

Chris Livingston

Director of Technology

Chris is a technology professional with over 20 years of experience in IT, low voltage systems and digital security.  Combined with more than 5 years of experience in real estate, property management systems, and smart buildings, Chris sets the technical vision for organizations and their operating properties.

Before joining the team, Chris worked as the Vice President of Technology at Kaplow Communications – a mid-sized PR & Marketing agency based in New York City. Over his career, Chris has worked with many different sized and shaped clients from Fortune-500 retail brands to boutique architecture studios. Chris received his Bachelor and Master of Science from Colorado State University and holds many technical certificates in Compliance, Microsoft Apps/Security, AWS and Digital Security.

Ryan Gillespie

Marketing Manager

Ryan is a results-driven marketing professional with deep expertise in the New York City real estate market. With a strong background in brand development, digital marketing, and campaign execution, he has delivered high-impact strategies for multifamily, condo, co-op, and commercial leasing properties.

A native New Yorker, Ryan brings a nuanced understanding of the city’s diverse neighborhoods and market dynamics. He has held key marketing roles at top brokerage firms including The Corcoran Group and Coldwell Banker Realty, where he crafted targeted marketing solutions that enhanced property visibility and supported business growth across a range of asset types. Ryan earned his degree in Business Management from the University of Delaware and pairs his academic foundation with a hands-on, innovative approach to marketing execution.

Diana Tsung

Marketing Manager

Diana is a strategic marketing leader with over 15 years of experience driving brand growth and creative campaigns across the real estate and architecture industries. She specializes in brand storytelling, cross-functional project management, and data-driven strategy, bringing a unique blend of creativity and analytical insight to every initiative.

Diana has held marketing roles at industry-leading firms such as The Durst Organization, where she spearheaded award-winning campaigns that elevated brand visibility and delivered measurable results. Her architecture background, paired with a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Southern California, adds a design-forward perspective to her marketing experience, allowing her to translate complex ideas into compelling narratives.
